In particular, all data collection and subsequent processing activities are aimed at pursuing the following purposes:

- generic request for information;
- registration for events and initiatives;
The Data Controller will not use the data provided for purposes other than those related to the service, among those listed above, to which the interested user has subscribed, or only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different and particular service requested by the user.
Appointees, Data Controllers and Data Processing Locations
The data will be processed by the company through its own personnel belonging to the administration and marketing areas, depending on the purpose to be achieved based on the request of the data subject.
How We Process Data
All processing carried out within the scope of this site will be performed using electronic or telematic tools, but may also be processed using paper/manual tools. The data will be processed in ways related to the purposes for which the data was collected and in compliance with current security regulations, for the aforementioned purposes or as specified from time to time in any additional information provided to the user.
Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected. Types of data processed and optional provision The forms to be filled out on this site may require both data that are strictly necessary to adhere to the matter of interest, and whose omission does not allow the request to be processed, as well as data that are optional and not strictly necessary to process the request.
Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.
Data Voluntarily Provided by the User
The personal data normally required for the use of the services on this site are identification and contact details. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site or the completion of electronic contact forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will gradually be provided or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services upon request. Normally, sensitive data as per art. 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 are not processed (in the event that sensitive data are processed for certain services, specific information will be provided and specific consent will be requested from the user concerned).
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send and store on their computer or mobile device, to be sent back to the same sites upon the next visit. Thanks to cookies, the site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as login data, chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be entered again when the user returns to visit the site or navigates from one page to another. Cookies, therefore, are used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring, and storage of information regarding the activities of users accessing a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows tracking of the user's navigation within the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies from sites or web servers other than the one they are visiting (so-called “third-party cookies”) on their computer or mobile device. Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which in certain cases are therefore technically necessary for the very operation of the site. There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer or mobile device for different periods of time: so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; so-called persistent cookies, which remain on the user's device until a set expiration date. According to current Italian regulations, the use of cookies does not always require the user's express consent. In particular, “technical cookies” do not require such consent, meaning those used solely to carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. In other words, these are cookies essential for the operation of the site or necessary to carry out activities requested by the user. Among technical cookies, which do not require express consent for their use, the Italian Data Protection Authority (see Gen. Prov. “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies – May 8, 2014”) also includes:
- “analytics cookies” when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself,
- navigation or session cookies (for authentication),
- functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to them.
For "profiling cookies", on the other hand, that is, those aimed at creating user profiles and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web, the user's prior consent is required.
– Types of cookies used by the Site and possibility of (de-)selection The Site uses the following cookies, offering the possibility to (de-)select them, except for third-party cookies for which the user must refer directly to the relevant methods of selection and de-selection of the respective cookies indicated below by means of a link:
- Technical cookies - navigation or session cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site or to allow the user to use the content and services requested by them.
- Technical-analytics cookies, which allow us to understand how the site is used by users. These cookies do not collect information about the user's identity or any personal data. The information is processed in an aggregated and anonymous form.
- Technical-functionality cookies, that is, used to activate specific features of the site and a series of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
WARNING: by disabling technical and/or functionality cookies, the Site may become inaccessible or some services or certain functions of the Site may be unavailable or not work properly, and the user may be forced to modify or manually enter some information or preferences each time they visit the site.
- Technical session cookies for the operation of the site - Third-party cookies, that is, cookies from websites or web servers other than that of the Data Controller, used for purposes specific to those third parties, including profiling cookies. It should be noted that these third parties, listed below with links to their privacy policies, are independent data controllers for the data collected through the cookies they serve; therefore, the user must refer to their personal data processing policies, information notices, and consent forms (selection and deselection of the respective cookies) indicated below (as specified in the General Provision Identification of simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies – May 8, 2014):

- https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
- https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
– How to view and modify cookies through your browser The user can select which cookies to authorize through the specific procedure provided below, as well as authorize, block, or delete (in whole or in part) cookies through the specific functions of their browser: however, if all or some cookies are disabled, it is possible that the Site may not be accessible or that some services or certain functions of the Site may not be available or may not work properly and/or the user may be forced to modify or manually enter some information or preferences each time they visit the Site.
Optional Nature of Providing Data Other Than Navigation Data
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the registration/subscription forms (some with a specific and separate request for informed consent for processing where required) or otherwise indicated in contacts to request the sending of informational material or other communications. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, or through the communication forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Rights of Data Subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be addressed to the physical address of the Data Controller or by email to info@agricolamiracco.it
