Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Initially hesitant, I was amazed by the quality. I no longer buy commercial oils and this oil, made with Italian olives by a family-run farm, along with the reviews, convinced me to try it. It has a delicate flavor that does not overpower the taste of foods and makes it suitable for all the most conventional uses. I mainly used it raw on vegetables and meats. Absolutely recommended.
